77cc Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using Our Platform

Access to and use of the 77cc platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account on 77cc, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. 77cc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder is found to be under 21. Any funds held in an underage account at the time of discovery are subject to forfeiture.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 77cc platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77cc makes no representation that the platform is legally available in any particular country or territory. Players accessing 77cc from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk and 77cc accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on 77cc. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. 77cc actively monitors registration patterns and reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated winnings. Any bonus claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your 77cc account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number and any other details requested during the registration or KYC process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77cc account password and login credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77cc will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, email or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 77cc support immediately via live chat. 77cc recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security.

77cc currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Local bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (withdrawal matching principle). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Before any withdrawal is processed, the player's KYC verification must be complete. 77cc processes withdrawal requests within one business day for most payment methods, though mobile wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically process within minutes to a few hours during business hours. 77cc reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal at its absolute discretion.

Any deposit that is subject to a chargeback, reversal, fraudulent payment, or that is found to have been made using a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will result in the immediate suspension of the player's account, the voiding of all associated bets and winnings, and the recovery of any funds disbursed by 77cc in connection with that deposit. 77cc reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

Bonuses are available only to players who have fully completed their account registration and, where required, KYC verification. 77cc reserves the right to exclude specific players from any promotion at its absolute discretion without providing reasons. Players who have self-excluded or placed a deposit limit on their account may not be eligible for certain promotional offers. Employees and associates of 77cc are not eligible for any player bonuses.

All bonuses awarded by 77cc are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the validity period will expire without value and cannot be reinstated.

77cc prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms; placing opposing bets to neutralise wagering requirements; or any other strategy designed to exploit the bonus system without genuine gaming intent. Where 77cc determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, recover previously paid winnings, and close the player's account permanently.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77cc platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms: using any software, script, bot, automated system or tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market; exploiting software bugs, errors or malfunctions to place bets or generate winnings that would not ordinarily be possible; colluding with other players or with 77cc staff members; any form of chip dumping, match fixing or match manipulation; and accessing the platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Where 77cc determines, at its sole and absolute discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct described in Clause 6.1, 77cc reserves the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account without prior notice; void all bets placed by the player during the period of the violation; withhold and/or recover any winnings or bonus funds derived during the period of the violation; and report the player's conduct to relevant authorities where applicable.

77cc provides the following responsible gaming controls to all registered players: daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration; loss limits that cap the total amount you can lose within a set period; and self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. 77cc strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. If you are aware of or suspect that a minor has accessed or is using a 77cc account, you must report this to 77cc support immediately. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. 77cc will immediately close any account confirmed to be held by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 and will forfeit any associated funds.
